Giant Congenital Melanocytic Nevi (GCMN) is a nevus which present at birth or arise within the first few weeks of life. Incidence GCMN estimated below 1:20.000 newborns. Lesion usually appears with black brownish plaque and may have abnormal borders, flat protruding surface hypertrichosis. associated malignant melanoma neurocutaneous melanocytosis. A male newborn baby reported to giant hairy plaque, irregular shape in his head since born. Patient was born naturally, full term, normal weight. The mother has no medication consumption disease history during pregnancy. In our three years follow up, there are multiple patches smaller size front right left leg, back body. treatment consists surgical non-surgical procedures, psychological support, lifelong monitoring. this case, further examination observation needed.
